02 · Major Renovations
The bones are good. Everything else is built to match.
Brisbane's inner south-east has some of the best residential bones in the country: Queenslanders with wide verandas and high ceilings, and post-war homes on generous blocks with deep setbacks and great natural light. These are not homes to knock down. They are homes to get right.
A major HNT renovation starts with an honest assessment of what should be preserved and what is holding the home back. The character that gives it presence, the structure that works, the proportions that belong on the street. We protect those elements, then extend, reconfigure, and refine so the old and new feel like they were always intended to be one home.
This is more complex than a new build. Heritage overlays, existing structure, and live-in renovations demand careful planning, tight site management, and clear communication. It’s work we’ve delivered repeatedly across Bulimba, Camp Hill, Carina, Coorparoo, and Holland Park.
