The Founders
Built by the same hands every time.
HNT Builders was founded by Nihad Turcinovic on a single principle: take on fewer projects, and give each one full attention. Today, Nihad runs the business alongside his wife Miki, taking on a select number of luxury custom homes and major renovations each year across Brisbane’s inner south-east. The same streets they and their family call home.
Most builders manage portfolios. Nihad builds homes. He’s on every site, every week, from the first design conversation to the final handover. The work is shaped by clear planning, controlled sites, and a level of care most volume builders simply can’t match.
It’s a different way of building. One that comes from being part of the community, not just working in it.

Project Management and Planning
Every detail is forecasted before work begins. Schedule, budget, subcontractors, and milestones are mapped and maintained from day one. You are kept across all of it, throughout.

Construction
Our trades are selected for their attention to detail and held to the same standard we hold ourselves to. We do not consider a project finished until it is finished properly.

Is HNT Builders a licensed builder in Queensland?
Yes. HNT Builders Pty Ltd holds QBCC Builders Licence 1235860 and is a member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA).
Can you work with our architect or designer?
Yes. HNT frequently collaborates with architects and interior designers, including Koda Design on multiple recent projects. If you have a design partner, we work directly with them.
How long does a custom home build take in Brisbane?
Most HNT custom new builds run 7 to 8 months from start to handover, which is faster than the industry average without any compromise on quality. This is a recurring theme in client feedback.
When should we get in touch with a builder?
Earlier the better. The most useful stage to engage HNT is at brief or concept, before formal documentation is in place. That is where we can most usefully shape feasibility, materiality, and the build path.
